JK Mine Hoist Product Introduction

1. Product Overview

JK series mine hoist is a single rope winding hoisting equipment, mainly used in vertical or inclined shafts of coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines to achieve safe lifting and lowering of ore, personnel, equipment and other materials. Its design complies with the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and industry standards AQ 1035-2007, JB/T 7889-2010, and has the characteristics of compact structure, strong lifting capacity and stable operation. This series of equipment supports variable frequency speed regulation and PLC control, and is suitable for high-frequency and heavy-load mine operations, especially for mines with an annual output of less than 1.2 million tons and a depth of less than 400 meters.

2. Core structure and design features

Main shaft device:

The drum adopts an integral or split structure (for easy transportation and underground installation), made of Q345A high-strength steel, and the surface is pressed with spiral rope grooves to reduce wire rope wear;

The main shaft is equipped with adjustable double-row roller bearings at both ends to achieve full rolling transmission, and the transmission efficiency is ≥90%.

Braking system:

The rear-mounted disc brake is adopted, the braking force is provided by the disc spring, and the hydraulic station is driven (response time <0.3 seconds), supporting secondary braking and electro-hydraulic proportional adjustment;

The braking torque is ≥3 times the maximum static torque, the contact area of the brake shoe is ≥70%, and the safety brake is automatically triggered when the power is off.

Transmission system:

Equipped with planetary gear reducer or cylindrical gear reducer, hard tooth surface design, smooth transmission and low noise, the gear material is 20CrMnTi (carburizing and quenching treatment);

Optional variable frequency speed regulation system, energy saving of more than 30%, support low-speed heavy-load starting, and reduce power grid impact.

3. Safety protection function

Multiple monitoring: integrated sensors for overspeed, overwinding, rope loosening, brake shoe wear, spring fatigue, etc., real-time monitoring of operating status and interlocking control with the main motor;

Depth indication: mechanical arch-style and digital dual indication system, positioning accuracy error <0.5m;

Emergency mechanism: supports power-off automatic braking, broken shaft protection and emergency braking redundancy design, in line with GB 16423 safety regulations.

4. Application scenarios and limitations

Applicable scenarios:

Material lifting (such as coal, gangue) and personnel transportation in vertical or inclined shafts (explosion-proof model JKB series must be selected);

Suspending hoisting plates, water pumps and other equipment during vertical shaft excavation (load ≤ 160kN).

Restrictions:

Non-explosion-proof models are strictly prohibited from being used in explosive environments containing gas or coal dust;

Limitation on the number of wire rope winding layers: single layer for people and double layers for cargo in vertical shafts; double layers for people and triple layers for cargo in inclined shafts.
