The double-drum heavy-duty shaft drilling hoisting equipment is specially designed for deep shaft construction and large-scale mine construction. It has the function of double-drum synchronous/alternating operation to meet the needs of high-load and high-efficiency shaft drilling hoisting. The hoisting capacity is increased by 50% compared with the single-drum model.
2JZ series shaft drilling winch is a double-drum winding hoisting equipment, specially designed for vertical shaft excavation engineering in coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines.
It is mainly used for suspending excavation equipment such as hoisting plates, water pumps, air cylinders, grouting pipes, and tensioning steady ropes.

Adopts split drum design, the drum shell is made of Q345A high-strength steel, the surface is pressed with spiral rope grooves to reduce wire rope wear, and the drum edge height is ≥2.5 times the wire rope diameter to ensure safety;
The double drum differential system supports direct/differential mode switching: direct mode is used for synchronous suspension (such as hanging plate), and differential mode realizes independent speed regulation of single drum (such as vertical calibration of wind tube).
Dual redundant braking: The working brake adopts block-type hydraulic braking (release response time <0.3 seconds), and the safety brake is gravity hammer type, which automatically triggers emergency braking when power is off;
Braking torque ≥2 times the maximum static torque, brake shoe contact area ≥70%.
Spherical worm gear reducer + primary speed gear, supports fast and slow dual-speed switching (fast 6m/min, slow 3m/min), transmission efficiency ≥90%;
Optional variable frequency speed motor, energy saving of more than 30%, adapted to PLC control system for remote monitoring.
Real-time monitoring: integrated overspeed, overwinding, rope loosening, brake shoe wear sensors, interlocked with the main motor control (automatic braking when shutting down);
Depth indication: mechanical arch + digital dual indication system, positioning accuracy error <0.5m;
Emergency mechanism: equipped with broken shaft protection and automatic braking during power failure, in line with GB 16423 mining safety regulations.
Suspending hoisting plates and water pumps during shaft excavation (load ≤ 160kN);
Replacing the tail rope of the cage (flat rope is preferred).
It is strictly prohibited to use in explosive environments containing gas/coal dust (non-explosion-proof models);
Limitation on the number of wire rope winding layers: single layer for manned shafts and double layers for cargo; double layers for manned shafts and three layers for cargo.
