The double-drum mining hoisting winch is specially designed for medium-sized mine inclined shaft transportation. It is suitable for efficient inclined transportation of materials, equipment and personnel. It has the ability to operate double drums alternately, and the lifting efficiency is 40% higher than that of single-drum models.
2JTP series mining hoisting winch is a double-drum winding hoisting equipment, specially designed for inclined tunnels and shafts in coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines,
used for lifting personnel, ore, equipment and other materials.

Adopts split drum structure (easy to transport and install), the shell material is high-strength low-alloy steel Q345A, and the surface is pressed with spiral rope grooves to reduce wire rope wear;
Adjustable double-row roller bearings are configured at both ends of the spindle to achieve full rolling transmission, and the overall efficiency is ≥90%.
Rear disc brake, butterfly spring provides braking force, hydraulic station drive (response time <0.3 seconds), supports secondary braking and electro-hydraulic proportional adjustment;
Equipped with manual gear-type rope adjustment clutch, supports fast clutch and precise rope adjustment.
Planetary gear reducer or split-flow center drive reducer, smooth transmission and low noise;
Optional PLC+ variable frequency speed regulation system, energy saving of more than 30%, support low-speed heavy-load start-up, and reduce grid impact.
Applicable scenarios: underground explosion-proof areas of coal mines (JTPB type), inclined shaft material transportation, and small vertical shaft personnel lifting;
Restrictions:
Non-explosion-proof models are prohibited from being used in flammable and explosive environments;
Inclined shaft loading allows 3 layers of winding, and the number of people is limited to 2 layers; vertical shaft loading is limited to 2 layers, and the number of people is limited to one layer.
