2JKB Mine Hoist Product Introduction

1. Product Overview

2JKB series mine hoist is a flameproof double-drum single-rope winding hoisting equipment, specially designed for explosive environments containing gas or coal dust in coal mines, and complies with AQ 1035-2007 "Safety Inspection Specifications for Single-Rope Wrapped Mine Hoists for Coal Mines" and GB/T 20961-2007 standards. Its core function is to realize the lifting and lowering tasks of materials, personnel and equipment in vertical or inclined shafts through the synchronous winding of steel wire ropes by double drums. It is especially suitable for small and medium-sized mines with medium annual output and a depth of ≤400 meters. It also has the characteristics of strong explosion-proof performance, compact structure and stable operation.

2. Core configuration and design features

Spindle device:

Adopts split drum structure, which is convenient for underground transportation and installation. The material is 16Mn high-strength steel, and the surface is pressed with engineering plastic rope groove to reduce wear;

The spindle and reducer are directly connected through a toothed coupling, with a transmission efficiency of ≥90%. The bearings use double-row spherical roller bearings with strong impact resistance.

Braking system:

Disc brake: rear-mounted cylinder design, the braking force is provided by a disc spring, supports secondary braking and constant deceleration mode, and the braking torque is ≥3 times the maximum static torque;

Hydraulic station: rated oil pressure 6.3MPa, equipped with electro-hydraulic proportional valve, supports power-off automatic braking and redundant control, and adjustable rope clutch (applicable to double-cylinder models).

Transmission system:

Planetary gear reducer: hardened tooth surface design (material 20CrMnTi carburized and quenched), transmission ratio range 20-31.5, low operating noise and long life;

Variable frequency speed motor: power range 315-550kW, suitable for explosion-proof environment, energy saving more than 30%.

3. Safety protection and explosion-proof characteristics

Explosion-proof design: electrical equipment complies with GB 3836.1/2 standards, and the motor and electronic control system adopt a fully enclosed explosion-proof structure;

Multiple monitoring: integrated overspeed, overwinding, loose rope, brake shoe wear sensors, interlocked control with the main motor;

Emergency mechanism: supports constant deceleration safety braking and secondary braking, and the hydraulic station automatically triggers redundant braking when power is off.

4. Application scenarios and restrictions

Applicable scenarios:

Lifting of personnel in gas-containing environments in coal mines (explosion-proof certification required);

Ore transportation in inclined shafts (maximum load ≤ 160kN);

Suspension of vertical shaft excavation equipment (such as hanging plates, grouting pipes).

Restrictions:

Non-explosion-proof models are strictly prohibited from being used in explosive environments;

Limitation on the number of wire rope winding layers: single-layer for vertical shafts, double-layer for cargo, and three-layer for inclined shafts.
