JTK Mining Hoisting Winch Product Introduction

1. Product Overview

JTK series mining hoisting winches are single-drum or double-drum winding hoisting equipment, specially designed for inclined tunnels and small shafts in coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines, and are mainly used for lifting materials (such as ore, equipment) and personnel transportation.

2. Core structure and design features

Spindle device:

Adopting an integral or split drum design, the drum shell is made of high-strength low-alloy steel Q345A, and the surface is pressed with spiral rope grooves to reduce wire rope wear;

Equipped with adjustable double-row roller bearings at both ends of the spindle to achieve full rolling transmission, the overall efficiency of the machine is ≥90%.

Braking system:

Block brake (hydraulic drive or resistance speed regulation), equipped with working brake and heavy hammer safety brake, supports secondary braking and manual rope adjustment clutch;

The hydraulic station drive system has a short response time and can automatically brake when the power is off.

Transmission and control:

Optional planetary gear reducer or cylindrical gear reducer, smooth transmission and low noise;

The control method supports resistance speed regulation or frequency conversion speed regulation, energy saving of more than 30%, and excellent low-speed heavy-load starting performance.

3. Safety protection function

Multiple monitoring: integrated sensors such as overspeed, overwinding, rope loosening, brake shoe wear, etc., to monitor the operating status in real time;

Dual indication: the mechanical arch depth indicator is combined with the digital indicator, with high positioning accuracy;

Emergency protection: supports automatic braking and broken shaft protection in case of power failure, in compliance with GB 16423 safety regulations.

4. Application scenarios and limitations

Applicable scenarios:

Material transportation in inclined tunnels in coal mines (such as JTK-1.6×1.2);

Personnel lifting in small vertical shafts (explosion-proof models JTKB series must be selected).

Restrictions:

Non-explosion-proof models are strictly prohibited from being used in flammable and explosive environments (such as places containing gas and coal dust);

Inclined shafts allow 3 layers of winding, and passenger loads are limited to 2 layers; vertical shafts are limited to 2 layers, and passenger loads are limited to a single layer.
