High-efficiency double-drum hoisting equipment designed for small and medium-sized mines is suitable for lifting materials, equipment and personnel in coal mines, metal mines and other types of mines. The double-drum structure has higher lifting efficiency and more stable operation.
2JK series mine hoists are double-drum single-rope winding hoisting equipment, mainly used in vertical or inclined shafts of coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines, and undertake the lifting and lowering tasks of ore, gangue, equipment and personnel.
Its design complies with the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and AQ 1035-2007, GB/T 20961-2007 and other standards. It has the characteristics of compact structure, strong lifting capacity and stable operation.
It is especially suitable for small and medium-sized mines with an annual output of less than 1.2 million tons and a depth of less than 400 meters.

The drum adopts an integral or split structure (for underground installation), made of Q345A high-strength steel, with engineering plastic spiral rope grooves pressed on the surface to reduce wire rope wear;
The main shaft and the drum are connected by a flat high-torque friction connection, and adjustable double-row roller bearings are configured at both ends, with a transmission efficiency of ≥90%.
Disc brake: rear-mounted cylinder design, braking force is provided by disc springs, driven by hydraulic stations (response time <0.3 seconds), braking torque ≥3 times the maximum static torque;
Supports secondary braking and electro-hydraulic proportional adjustment, and automatically triggers safety braking when power is off.
Reducer: Optional planetary gear or cylindrical gear reducer, hardened tooth surface design (material 20CrMnTi carburizing and quenching), smooth transmission and low noise;
Speed regulation system: Supports variable frequency speed regulation (energy saving more than 30%) or resistance speed regulation, and is compatible with PLC control to achieve remote monitoring.
Real-time monitoring: integrated sensors for overspeed, overwinding, rope loosening, brake shoe wear, spring fatigue, etc., interlocked with the main motor for control;
Dual depth indication: combination of mechanical arch type and digital type, positioning accuracy error <0.5m;
Emergency mechanism: automatic braking when power is off, broken shaft protection and emergency braking redundancy design, in line with GB 16423 safety regulations.
Transport of ore and personnel in vertical or inclined shafts (explosion-proof models JKB series must be selected);
Suspending hoisting plates and water pumps during vertical shaft excavation (load ≤ 160kN).
Non-explosion-proof models are strictly prohibited from being used in explosive environments containing gas/coal dust;
Limitation on the number of wire rope winding layers: single layer for people and double layers for cargo in vertical shafts; double layers for people and triple layers for cargo in inclined shafts.
