JKMD Mine Hoist Product Introduction

1. Product Overview

JKMD series mine hoists are multi-rope friction hoisting equipment, designed for deep wells (up to 2,000 meters deep) in coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines, and are mainly used for mineral hoisting, personnel lifting and equipment transportation in vertical shafts. Its design complies with the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and AQ 1036-2007, GB/T 10599-2023 and other standards. It is divided into two types: well tower type (JKM series) and floor type (JKMD series). The machine room is located on the top tower or ground of the shaft.

Core advantages:

Adopting the principle of multi-rope friction, the friction force between the wire rope and the friction wheel pad drives the container to rise and fall. It has the characteristics of small wire rope diameter, small friction wheel size, large lifting capacity and high safety;

It is suitable for deep well mining scenarios with an annual output of more than 1.2 million tons and a well depth of ≤2,100 meters.

2. Core structure and working principle

Friction wheel device:

The friction wheel adopts a single/double brake disc design, the well tower type has a single rope groove, and the floor-standing type is equipped with double rope grooves and a rope pulling device;

The lining material is PVC or phenolic resin to ensure high friction coefficient and wear resistance.

Braking system:

Adopting a rear-mounted disc brake with a cylinder, supporting electric-hydraulic joint control, the braking torque ≥ 3 times the maximum static torque;

The hydraulic station is divided into medium and low pressure (constant braking delay) and medium and high pressure (constant deceleration/constant braking torque), equipped with pressure sensors and transmitters.

Transmission and drive:

The low-speed motor is directly connected to the main shaft (no reducer is required) or driven by a planetary gear reducer, with a transmission efficiency of ≥ 90%;

Optional DC or AC variable frequency motor, power range 22kW-11600kW, support multi-motor parallel drive.

Control system:

The operation console integrates a digital depth indicator, an industrial TV monitoring interface and a PLC control module, supporting manual/semi-automatic/fully automatic modes;

Equipped with the ASCS-3 fully digital speed control system to achieve precise speed control and fault diagnosis.

3. Safety protection function

Real-time monitoring: integrated sensors for overspeed, overwinding, loose rope, brake shoe wear, wire rope sliding, etc., interlocked with the main motor for control;

Redundant design: dual depth indication system (mechanical arch type + digital type), positioning error <0.5m;

Emergency mechanism: supports constant deceleration safety braking and secondary braking, automatically triggers redundant braking when power is off, in line with GB 16423 specifications.

4. Application scenarios and limitations

Applicable scenarios:

Deep well mineral lifting (such as coal, metal ore);

Vertical shaft personnel lifting (explosion-proof model JKB series is required);

Large equipment lowering (such as water pumps, grouting pipes).

Restrictions:

Non-explosion-proof models are strictly prohibited from being used in gas/coal dust environments;

Limitation on the number of wire rope winding layers: single layer for vertical shaft personnel and double layer for cargo.
