2JTK series mining hoisting winch is a double-drum winding equipment, specially designed for inclined tunnels and small shafts in coal mines,
metal mines and non-metallic mines, mainly used for material lifting (such as ore, equipment) and personnel transportation.

Adopts split drum structure (easy to transport and install), the drum shell is made of high-strength low-alloy steel Q345A, and the surface is pressed with spiral rope grooves to reduce wire rope wear;
Equipped with adjustable double-row roller bearings at both ends of the spindle to achieve full rolling transmission, and the overall efficiency is ≥90%.
Block brake (hydraulic drive or resistance speed regulation), short response time, support secondary braking and manual rope adjustment clutch;
The hydraulic station drive system complies with the safety redundancy design and can automatically brake in the event of a power outage.
Equipped with planetary gear reducer or cylindrical gear reducer, the transmission is smooth and low noise;
Optional resistance speed regulation or frequency conversion speed regulation system, energy saving of more than 30%, support low-speed heavy-load starting.
Multiple monitoring: integrated sensors for overspeed, overwinding, rope loosening, brake shoe wear, etc., to monitor the operating status in real time;
Dual indication: mechanical arch indicator combined with digital depth indicator, high positioning accuracy;
Emergency protection: supports automatic braking and broken shaft protection in case of power failure, in compliance with GB 16423 safety regulations
Applicable scenarios: Material transportation in inclined tunnels in coal mines, personnel lifting in small vertical shafts (must meet explosion-proof requirements);
Non-explosion-proof models are prohibited from being used in flammable and explosive environments;
Inclined shafts allow 3 layers of winding, and passenger loads are limited to 2 layers; vertical shafts are limited to 2 layers, and passenger loads are limited to a single layer.
