Heavy-duty lifting equipment specially designed for mine shaft drilling construction. It is suitable for shaft excavation, support and equipment lifting operations. It has large traction and high stability to meet the needs of complex shaft drilling conditions.
JZ series shaft drilling winch is a winding mining hoisting equipment, specially designed for shaft excavation projects in coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines. It is mainly used for suspending excavation equipment such as hoisting plates, water pumps, air cylinders, grouting pipes, and tensioning and stabilizing ropes. Its core advantages include strong lifting capacity, large rope capacity, stable operation, and can be adapted to dual-speed, differential and other functions, suitable for underground and ground heavy object lifting scenarios.

Spindle device: The drum is connected to the gear and brake wheel through copper sleeves and bolts. The spindle rotates only with the drum and does not transmit torque. The wire rope is designed to be out of the top.
The material is made of high-strength steel, and the rope capacity can reach 1,800 meters (such as JZ-40/1800).
Adopts spherical worm gear pair + primary speed gear, and switches the fast and slow speeds through the handle (fast 6m/min, slow 3m/min).
Double-drum models (such as 2JZ-16/1320) are equipped with a differential system to adjust the speed difference of the two drums to meet the vertical requirements of the suspended equipment.
Working brake: Pad brake, hydraulic pusher releases when the motor starts, and spring brakes when the machine stops.
Safety brake: floating pad type, relying on the fall of the heavy hammer to trigger the power-off protection to ensure the reliability of emergency braking.
Multiple protections: integrated overload protection, limiter, power-off brake and other devices, real-time monitoring of wire rope tension and equipment status.
The reducer uses HL-20 gear oil or HG-24 cylinder oil, which should be replaced once a year;
The main shaft bearing should be supplemented with No. 4 calcium-based grease every two years.
Suspending hoisting plates, grouting pipes and other equipment during shaft excavation (load ≤ 400kN);
Lifting heavy objects on the ground or replacing tail ropes (such as cage connections).
Non-explosion-proof models are strictly prohibited from being used in explosive environments containing gas/coal dust;
Limitation on the number of wire rope winding layers: single layer for people and double layers for objects in vertical shafts; three layers are allowed for objects in inclined shafts.
