JTP Mining Hoisting Winch Product Introduction

1. Product Overview

JTP series mining hoisting winches are single-drum or double-drum winding equipment, designed for inclined tunnels and small shafts in coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines, and are mainly used for material lifting (such as ore, gangue, equipment) and personnel transportation. Its design complies with the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and industry standards AQ 1033-2007 and JB/T 7888-2010. It has the characteristics of high versatility, compact structure, and strong lifting capacity. It supports advanced technologies such as variable frequency speed regulation and PLC control, and is suitable for small and medium-sized mines with an annual output of less than 1.2 million tons.

2. Core structure and design features

Main shaft device:

The reel adopts a split or integral design (for underground transportation and installation), made of Q345A high-strength steel, and the surface is pressed with spiral rope grooves to reduce wire rope wear;

The main shaft is equipped with adjustable double-row roller bearings at both ends, with a transmission efficiency of ≥90%, supporting flat high-torque friction connection.

Braking system:

Disc brake: rear-mounted cylinder design, braking force is provided by disc springs, driven by hydraulic station (response time <0.3 seconds), braking torque ≥3 times the maximum static torque;

Supports secondary braking and electro-hydraulic proportional adjustment, and automatically triggers safety braking when power is off.

Transmission system:

Reducer: planetary gear or cylindrical gear reducer, hardened tooth surface design (material 20CrMnTi carburizing and quenching), smooth transmission and low noise;

Speed regulation system: supports resistance speed regulation, variable frequency speed regulation (energy saving more than 30%) or DC speed regulation, adapted to PLC control to achieve remote monitoring and fault diagnosis.

3. Safety protection function

Real-time monitoring: integrated sensors for overspeed, overwinding, rope loosening, brake shoe wear, spring fatigue, etc., interlocked with the main motor for control;

Depth indication: mechanical arch-type and digital dual indication system, positioning accuracy error <0.5m;

Emergency mechanism: automatic braking when power is off, broken shaft protection and redundant braking design, in line with GB 16423 safety regulations.

4. Application scenarios and restrictions

Applicable scenarios:

Inclined shaft material transportation (such as coal, gangue), vertical shaft personnel lifting (explosion-proof model JTPB series must be selected);

Suspending hoisting plates, water pumps and other equipment during vertical shaft excavation (load ≤ 160kN).

Restrictions:

Non-explosion-proof models (JTP type) are strictly prohibited from being used in explosive environments containing gas/coal dust;

Limitations on the number of wire rope winding layers: single layer for manned shafts and double layers for cargo; double layers for manned shafts and three layers for cargo.
