The multi-rope friction mine hoisting system is specially designed for ultra-deep wells and extra-large mines. It adopts advanced friction transmission technology to achieve safe and reliable hoisting of large tonnage and high speed.
JKM series mine hoist belongs to the multi-rope friction tower type hoisting equipment, which is specially designed for deep wells of coal mines, metal mines and non-metallic mines.
It is mainly used for lifting and lowering of ore, personnel and equipment in the shaft. Its core principle is to drive the container movement through the friction between the wire rope and the friction wheel pad.
It has the characteristics of large lifting capacity, small wire rope diameter and compact friction wheel size.
Applicable scenarios: deep well mineral lifting (well depth can reach 2000 meters), personnel transportation (explosion-proof model required), large equipment lowering;
Standard specifications: in accordance with the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" and GB/T 10599-2023, AQ 1036-2007 and other standards.

Adopts a fully welded friction wheel, with a phenolic resin pad (friction coefficient ≥ 0.25) on the surface, and transmits torque through a large-plane friction connection;
The well tower design does not require a sheave, and the wire rope is directly wound around the friction wheel to reduce the complexity of the equipment.
Disc brake: The cylinder is rear-mounted, and the braking force is provided by a disc spring. It supports secondary braking and constant deceleration mode (response time < 0.3 seconds), and the braking torque is ≥ 3 times the maximum static torque;
The hydraulic station supports electro-hydraulic proportional adjustment and is equipped with a pressure sensor for precise control.
Optional planetary gear reducer (hard tooth surface design, material 20CrMnTi carburizing and quenching) or direct-connected low-speed motor (no reducer), transmission efficiency ≥ 90%;
Matched permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency motor (power up to 8000kW), energy saving more than 30%.
Integrated PLC control system, supports manual/semi-automatic/fully automatic modes, equipped with ASCS-3 digital speed control system;
The depth indication system adopts mechanical arch + digital dual redundant design, and the positioning error is less than 0.5m.
Real-time monitoring: overspeed, overwinding, rope loosening, brake shoe wear, wire rope sliding and other sensors interlock to control the main motor;
Redundant design: The braking system supports constant deceleration safety braking and secondary braking, and automatically triggers redundant braking when power is off;
Emergency mechanism: equipped with broken shaft protection, pad pressure monitoring (≤1.96 N/m²) and wire rope tension balancing device.
Sanshandao Gold Mine uses JKM-4×6(Ⅲ)E type hoist with a lifting capacity of 9,000 tons/day, equipped with 6 φ40mm steel wire ropes and 3 φ60mm tail ropes, with a safety factor of 7.2;
Liaoning Sishanling Iron Mine uses JKM-6.75×4PⅣ type, equipped with 8000kW low-speed AC synchronous motor to achieve high-efficiency lifting in deep wells.
Non-explosion-proof models are prohibited from being used in gas/coal dust environments;
Limitation on the number of wire rope winding layers: single layer for manned shafts and double layers for cargo.
