Working Principle
1. Core Mechanism:
The system uses a double-mass forced vibration elastic system.
* Motor Type: A vibrating motor drives an eccentric block to rotate, generating centrifugal force, which causes the trough to vibrate.
* Electromagnetic Type: An electromagnetic coil generates a pulsed electromagnetic force that drives the trough with a high-frequency, reciprocating vibration at 3000 cycles per minute.
2. Material Motion:
When the vertical component of the vibration acceleration exceeds the gravitational acceleration, the material is thrown up, creating a slight forward movement.
