Product Introduction
The Hydraulic Baler uses hydraulic oil as the driving medium to produce high pressure through the reciprocating motion of a hydraulic cylinder. It compresses loose materials such as waste paper, waste metals, plastic films, straw, and used tires into compact, regular bales. The primary purpose of this machine is to reduce the volume of materials (compression ratio typically ranges from 3:1 to 15:1), thereby lowering transportation and storage costs. This also facilitates easier recycling for subsequent processing such as shredding, smelting, or further refinement in resource recovery industries (e.g., scrap steel in steel mills, scrap aluminum in aluminum factories).

Working Principle
1. Power Input and Conversion:
The motor drives a high-pressure oil pump, which filters and pumps hydraulic oil from the tank, converting it into high-pressure hydraulic fluid.
2. Action (Compression):
The high-pressure oil is distributed to various cylinders. The multi-cylinder system (main cylinder, side cylinders, door cover cylinders) operates in a set sequence to apply pressure to the materials from multiple directions.
Note: Metal baling typically involves “pre-pressing” and “final pressing” to achieve the desired density.
3. Holding Pressure and Shaping:
Once the set pressure is reached, the system enters a holding state, maintaining the pressure for a few seconds to ensure that the material undergoes plastic deformation without rebounding.
4. Reset and Ejection:
After compression is complete, the door opens, and the main cylinder continues to push the bale out of the compression chamber. The other cylinders sequentially retract to their original positions, ready for the next load.
Product Highlights
* Significantly Reduces Transportation Costs:
This is the main value of the baler. By compressing loose materials down to one-fifth or even smaller of their original volume, the loading capacity per vehicle is greatly increased, saving significant costs in long-distance transportation.
* High Pressure and High Efficiency:
The pressing force covers a wide range. Using PLC microcomputer control combined with micro motors or proportional valve technology, the baler operates at high speeds with minimal impact, processing large quantities of material efficiently.
* Solid and Durable Structure:
The main machine frame is made from high-quality, thickened steel plates welded together to ensure the durability of the equipment under high-pressure, high-frequency conditions, leading to a long service life and low fault rate.
* Intelligent and Safe:
The machine is equipped with automatic fault diagnosis and alarm functions. Additionally, safety interlock devices (such as door lock sensors and emergency stop buttons) ensure that the machine cannot start under abnormal conditions or when the door is open, ensuring operator safety.
