Product Introduction

The Z-Type Chain Conveyor is a compact, space-saving continuous conveying device. It is named for its “Z” shaped structure, composed of horizontal sections at the top and bottom, with a steep slanted or vertical middle section. This design allows for vertical lifting and multi-level material transport in limited spaces. It is mainly used for vertical lifting of powdery, granular, and small-sized materials. The core structure includes horizontal frames at both ends, a slanted or vertical frame in the middle, and a transition frame for smooth material flow. The entire machine is designed in a Z-shaped configuration.

Working Principle

1. Drive and Transmission:
    The drive unit (motor and reducer) at the head drives the main drive sprocket to rotate, which then engages with the special conveyor chain that circulates, driving the material flow.

2. Z-Shaped Conveying Path:
    The material is loaded at the lower horizontal section, then elevated along the slanted or vertical middle section, and finally discharged at the higher horizontal section. The machine uses a transition frame at the junction of horizontal and vertical sections to smoothly curve and ensure stable material transport.

3. Material Carrying and Conveying:
    Based on different materials, there are two types of carrying components:
    * Chain Plate Type: Suitable for conveying items like packages, parts, and metal scraps.
    * Bucket Type: Suitable for conveying powdery or granular materials, such as grain and mud.

    The lifting height can reach 40–50 meters, with a transport capacity ranging from 10 to 800 m³/h. It can accommodate a wide range of materials and high-temperature conditions (up to 250°C).
