Product Introduction
The Dust Collector operates based on physical principles such as gravity, centrifugal force, inertia, filtration, or electrostatic effects to separate dust particles from gas flow, achieving air purification. Different types of dust collectors operate based on different principles, but the ultimate goal is to achieve gas solid separation. The core advantage of these systems is their extremely high dust removal efficiency. Specifically, the bag filter dust collector can achieve an efficiency of over 99.9%, effectively capturing fine dust and meeting stringent environmental discharge standards.

Working Principle
1. Dust-laden Air Inlet:
The dust-laden air enters the dust collector through the air inlet. After passing through a guide plate or an even flow device, it is evenly distributed and enters the filtration chamber equipped with filter bags.
2. Filtration and Separation:
As the gas passes through the filter bags, dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bags, while the clean air passes through the bags and exits via the air discharge pipe. The filter bag materials are typically needle-punched felt, fiberglass cloth, or membrane filter media, and the filtration precision can reach sub-micron levels.
3. Dust Layer Assistance:
During the initial operation phase, a layer of dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bags, which further enhances the filtration efficiency. This dust layer helps trap even fine particles.
4. Dust Cleaning System:
As dust accumulates, the resistance of the filter bags increases, requiring periodic removal of dust from the surface. The dust cleaning methods include:
* Pulse Jet Cleaning: High-pressure compressed air is injected into the filter bags, causing them to expand and vibrate, which shakes off the dust.
* Mechanical Vibration: Mechanical vibrations are applied to shake the filter bags and remove the dust.
* Reverse Air Flow: Air is drawn in the opposite direction to make the filter bags collapse, detaching the dust.
Product Highlights
Extremely High Dust Removal Efficiency | Stable Operation & Automation | Strong Adaptability & Easy Maintenance
* Uses PTFE membrane filter media or gradient fiber filter material, which provides a smooth surface, is water- and oil-repellent, and prevents dust from adhering easily. This allows for surface filtration rather than deep filtration, resulting in slower resistance buildup.
* High Efficiency (≤ 10 mg discharge) + Stable (online maintenance) + Intelligent (pulse self-cleaning) + Versatile (multiple filter materials) + Easy Maintenance (quick filter bag replacement)
* The bag-type pulse dust collector is the most commonly chosen solution for industrial dust control.
