Product Introduction
The Bar type Vibrating Screen is a specialized screening device for handling difficult to screen materials. Its core feature lies in the use of bar shaped screening surfaces. This structure is not only wear resistant and capable of handling large volumes of material, but more importantly, it effectively resolves the issue of screen mesh blockage when dealing with high moisture and high viscosity materials. It can withstand the impact of large material drops, providing strong screening capacity. During the production process, it can efficiently screen and discharge blocky or granular materials. The unique bar design prevents material clogging, and the bar spacing is adjustable, making it suitable for screening various types of waste.

Working Principle
1. Vibrational Throwing: The equipment generates vibrational force through a vibrating motor or exciter, driving the screen box to perform periodic reciprocating motion (typically linear). After material enters from the feeding end, it is thrown up and follows a parabolic motion along the screening surface.
2. Layering and Screening: During the motion, the material layer loosens due to vibration. Particles smaller than the bar spacing fall and pass through the screen openings, completing the screening process.
3. Self-Cleaning and Anti-Blocking: This is the most distinctive feature of the bar-type screen. Many bars are installed in a cantilevered manner, with one end fixed. During operation, the bars vibrate or shake due to material impact, “bouncing” materials stuck in the gaps out, thus achieving self-cleaning and completely solving the clogging issue common with traditional screen meshes.
Product Highlights
Strong Screening Capacity | Low Risk of Material Blockage | Wide Application Range | Simple Maintenance
The bar-type vibrating screen adopts a dual eccentric shaft exciter, allowing it to withstand the impact of large material drops and providing powerful screening capacity.
During the production process, it efficiently screens and discharges blocky or granular materials. The special bar design prevents material blockage, and the bar spacing is adjustable to accommodate different types of waste for screening.
