Steel Backbone: The Mine Fight of JK Mine Hoist

In the mine hinterland thousands of meters deep, darkness and silence are torn apart by the roar of machinery. The huge drum rotates slowly, and the wire rope sinks into the earth's core like a silver dragon, and then carries the fully loaded ore or manned cage up to the light. This is the JK mine hoist - the never-tiring steel backbone in the blood of the mine, which uses precision machinery and intelligent control to lift the vitality and safety of the underground world.

1. Steel Body: The Hard-core Beauty of the Core Structure

The body of the JK hoist is cast by force and wisdom:

The drum is as solid as a rock, and the drum shell connected by integral welding or split bolts is made of high-strength alloy steel Q345A, which can bear thousands of heavy-load cycles without deformation. The spiral rope groove on the surface of the drum is embedded with engineering plastic lining to guide the wire rope to wind evenly, avoid biting the rope and jumping the groove, and minimize wear.

The braking system is like a "double insurance" for mine safety. The rear-mounted disc brake of the oil cylinder uses a disc spring as the power source, and the hydraulic control releases the brake, with a response time as fast as 0.3 seconds. The braking torque is designed to be three times the static torque. Even if there is a sudden power outage, the secondary braking can be used to reduce the pressure and achieve a smooth emergency stop.

The heart of the transmission is hidden deep in the planetary gear reducer. The hardened gear is made of tank steel, carburized, quenched and CNC ground, with a transmission efficiency of over 92%. The lubrication station flushes the tooth surface with 63 liters of oil per minute, so that the gears under heavy load are still low-noise and stable.

2. The Eye of the Earth's Center: Precise Guardian of Depth Perception

Every centimeter of movement of the lifting container in the wellbore is accurately captured by the depth indicator:

The arch-type mechanical indicator uses a sprocket and roller chain drive to convert the drum rotation angle into a pointer displacement. The driver can tell the position of the cage by looking up, and the overwinding switch and alarm automatically trigger the deceleration signal at the critical position.

The more cutting-edge radar ranging technology is innovating the positioning method. Through the magnetic stripe encoding of the wire rope or laser ranging, the container travel is directly measured, and the error caused by the slippage of the wire rope is completely avoided, so that the positioning accuracy in the deep well is close to the "zero blind spot".

3. the brain of intelligence: the evolution of the electronic control system

From rough to fine, JK's electronic control system reflects the century-old evolution of mine automation:

Ordinary resistance speed regulation was once the mainstream-the rotor circuit is connected in series with a metal resistor, and the speed is switched manually step by step. Although the cost is low, it is as inefficient and energy-consuming as an old ox pulling a cart, and the speed regulation is as frustrating as walking on thorns.

PLC two-line control system has become a safety revolution. The dual-set PLC redundant design calculates the cage speed and position through the shaft encoder pulse. Automatically trigger soft deceleration when overspeeding, start buffer protection before overwinding, and melt the "double insurance" concept of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" into the code.

The variable frequency electronic control gives the hoist an "elegant posture". IGBT rectifier technology realizes four-quadrant operation, and the motor starts and stops as smooth as silk. While reducing energy consumption by 30%, the lifting and lowering of the manned cage is as smooth as an elevator, and the water cup in the hands of the miners will no longer spill due to mechanical impact.

4. the shield of life and death: the ultimate pursuit of safety design

In the design of JK hoist, safety is an iron rule that is higher than output:

Nine safety devicesare linked together: overwinding protection and speed limiter are independently configured in two lines; the gate gap sensor automatically locks the operation when the brake pad wears beyond the limit; the loose rope protection device instantly cuts off the power when the wire rope is loose, avoiding "skipping rope" and causing the rope to break and the tank to fall.

Explosion-proof lifelineGo deep into the gas mine. The JKB series uses flameproof motors and fully enclosed electric control cabinets to imprison electric sparks in explosion-proof housings, allowing machinery in flammable environments to still dare to be the first.

A monument of the times on the deep wells

From the frozen soil of coal mines in Northeast China to the hot rock formations of gold mines in South Africa, JK mine hoists carry the ambition of mankind to take from the center of the earth with their steel bodies. It is not only a symbol of strength - 500kN static tension can lift a 50-ton mine car; it is also the crystallization of wisdom - using variable frequency PLC and radar ranging to give the machine "nerves and senses". When the last car of ore is lifted out of the wellhead, the reel stops rotating, and only the brake disc still reflects the cold light in the night. This silent steel giant has always been the guardian of the heartbeat of the mine, and an industrial monument that is buried deep underground but always upward.
